Overview

The Virtual Counter is a way for our customers to meet face-to face with a Superior Court support staff member. Staff members working in the Virtual Counter can help you address a variety of needs including court records request, gather payment information, and self-help services just to name a few.  It is a convenient service offering that puts you in touch with staff members that you would meet with if you went to one of our facilities.  All the same services, without any of the inconvenience.

Virtual Counter Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Ready to meet?

By selecting “I agree” below, you will enter our virtual lobby. From there, you can specify the service you require assistance with. If you accidentally choose the wrong option, don’t worry! You’ll be directed to a virtual waiting room where we will assess your needs. Afterward, you’ll proceed to a private virtual room to meet with Superior Court support staff member who can provide you with tailored assistance.
